Approach:

I utilize an integrated approach and tailor my interventions to you and your goals.

I  believe that who you are and all the facets of your identity, affect how you walk through the world.

Your identities and lived experience are paramount parts of your therapeutic process whether your goals are focused on healing, change, exploration, growth or all.

I believe that language is important and that labels can be very empowering when used intentionally for understanding and connection.

This is especially true when it comes to creating the life you want.

At the core of my approach, I operate from a trauma informed, intersectional focused, neurobiological/neurodevelopmental lens.

I utilize a variety of evidence based interventions including the following therapies and interventions: Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psycheoducation, Systems Theory, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness techniques, and strength based approaches.

We will find the approaches that work for you.
